RouteBudget EU ("the App") is licensed, not sold, to you for use strictly under these Terms and Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Apple Standard EULA). The App is a professional cost-estimation tool; all results are non-binding estimates.

RouteBudget EU ("l'App") è concessa in licenza, non venduta, per l'uso secondo i presenti Termini e l'EULA standard di Apple (Apple Standard EULA). L'App è uno strumento professionale di stima costi; tutti i risultati sono stime non vincolanti.

2Subscriptions (RouteBudget Pro)Abbonamenti (RouteBudget Pro)

• RouteBudget Pro Monthly — auto-renewable subscription, 1 month, €9.99/month.
• RouteBudget Pro Yearly — auto-renewable subscription, 1 year, €59.99/year.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings after purchase.
• RouteBudget Pro Mensile — abbonamento a rinnovo automatico, 1 mese, 9,99 €/mese.
• RouteBudget Pro Annuale — abbonamento a rinnovo automatico, 1 anno, 59,99 €/anno.
• Il pagamento viene addebitato sul tuo Apple ID alla conferma dell'acquisto.
• L'abbonamento si rinnova automaticamente salvo disattivazione almeno 24 ore prima della fine del periodo in corso.
• L'addebito del rinnovo avviene entro 24 ore prima della fine del periodo in corso.
• Puoi gestire o annullare gli abbonamenti nelle impostazioni del tuo account App Store dopo l'acquisto.

3Acceptable UseUso consentito

You agree not to reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the App. The toll and cost figures are estimates and must not be relied upon as legally binding quotes or official tariffs.

Accetti di non decompilare, rivendere o utilizzare impropriamente l'App. Le stime di pedaggi e costi non devono essere considerate preventivi legalmente vincolanti o tariffe ufficiali.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any loss arising from the use of estimates produced by the App.
