Hourly turns your work hours into earnings you can see — built for freelancers and anyone paid by the hour. Here's how to get the most out of it.

Getting Started

• Set your rate: Open the Settings tab, enter your hourly rate and pick your currency.
• Log a day: On the Home tab, type the hours you worked and tap "Save Today's Hours".
• See your earnings: Your daily, weekly and monthly totals appear instantly.

Is my data private?

Yes. Everything stays on your device. Hourly works fully offline — no account, no servers, no tracking, no ads. See our Privacy Policy.

Can I track tax / net pay?

Yes. In Settings, enable Tax and set your rate. Hourly then shows gross, tax, and net (take-home) pay.

How do I export my hours?

Open the History tab and tap Export. Choose PDF or CSV and share it with your client or accountant.

How do I back up my data?

Settings → Backup & Restore → Export Backup File. Save it to Files or iCloud Drive. To restore, use Import Backup File.

Why didn't I get a reminder?

Make sure reminders are enabled in Settings and that notifications are allowed for Hourly in your device's system settings.

What is the Busta Paga feature?

For users in Italy: attach a photo of your payslip and Hourly reads it on-device and compares it with your logged hours, helping you confirm you're paid correctly. It includes a guide to every payslip line based on official Italian standards (INPS, TUIR, CCNL). This is informational and not a substitute for professional advice — consult a CAF or labor consultant for disputes.

How do I switch language or theme?

Settings → Language (English, Italian, Arabic) and Settings → Appearance (Light, Dark, Auto). You can also tap the sun/moon button on the Home screen to switch theme instantly.
