تطبيق Vantex Group ("نحن") يحترم خصوصيتك. توضّح هذه السياسة البيانات التي نجمعها وكيف نستخدمها ونحميها. The Vantex Group app respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, and how we use and protect it.

1. البيانات التي نجمعها / Data we collect

• بريدك الإلكتروني وكلمة المرور لإنشاء الحساب. Your email and password to create an account.
• بيانات شركتك الاختيارية: الاسم، السجل التجاري، الهاتف. Optional company details: name, commercial register, phone.
• تفاصيل الطلبات التي تُدخلها (الأصناف، الكميات، المواصفات). Order details you enter (items, quantities, specifications).

2. كيف نستخدمها / How we use it

• تجهيز طلبات التوريد وإصدار عروض الأسعار. To process supply requests and issue quotations.
• التواصل معك بخصوص طلباتك عبر البريد الإلكتروني. To communicate with you about your orders by email.

3. التخزين والأمان / Storage & security

تُخزَّن البيانات بشكل آمن على خوادم Supabase مع تشفير الجلسات وصلاحيات وصول صارمة (Row-Level Security). تُرسَل الإشعارات عبر خدمة البريد Resend. Data is stored securely on Supabase with encrypted sessions and strict Row-Level Security. Email notifications are sent via Resend.

4. المشاركة / Sharing

لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها مع أطراف خارجية لأغراض تسويقية. تُستخدم فقط داخل Vantex Group لتنفيذ طلباتك. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing. It is used only within Vantex Group to fulfill your orders.

5. حذف الحساب والبيانات / Account & data deletion

يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك وكل بياناتك في أي وقت بمراسلتنا على info@vantex.group. ننفّذ الطلب خلال مدة معقولة. You may request deletion of your account and all data anytime by emailing info@vantex.group. We will action it within a reasonable time.

6. الأطفال / Children

التطبيق موجّه للاستخدام التجاري ولا يستهدف من هم دون 18 عامًا. The app is intended for business use and is not directed at anyone under 18.
